Acceptance of order
This comes into effect once your order has been accepted by us.Receipt of an order through our site does not constitute acceptance of order.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order before the expiry of 7 working days from the date of delivery.
If an order is cancelled after the goods have been despatched but before delivery is made, or delivery is refused or not responded to in the case of a calling card left by the driver, we reserve the right to charge a 25 per cent cancellation fee to cover costs of carriage and administration.

Our Guarantee
If for whatever reason you do not wish to keep your purchase you may return it for refund provided it is returned unused and in its original packaging  within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Please Note - manufacturers instructions for checking MUST be followed at all times and all orginal labels and seals MUST NOT be removed.  In the case of car seats, if the orginal labels and seals are removed we regret that you will be unable to return the item for refund or exchange.

Return postage costs are to be at your expense.

This no quibble guarantee is in addition to the manufacturer`s guarantee.

Product Guarantee
All wheeled goods purchased from Baby Days Direct carries the manufacturer's guarantee.
We will exchange or arrange repair of any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.
If it displays a fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will arrange repair or supply of spare parts to you. Shipping costs involved are to be at your expense.Please contact us to arrange as we are unable to accept returned items not previously booked in.
Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore will be charged.
Accidentally damaged goods may be covered by your household contents insurance policy.

Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards. .
Baby Days Direct will not take payment for any goods until we have confirmed your order.

Please note- prices quoted in Euros are for guidance only and may vary slightly according to the exchange rate at the time of  order processing..

Privacy
Baby Days Direct does not disclose any customer information to third parties with the exception of purpose of delivery.
