Do I have to order online?
Ordering over the internet with BabyDaysDiret.co.uk is the safest and most secure method of paying and therefore we prefer to accept orders placed online. We use Protx as our payment partner to ensure the highest levels of online payment security. Do you sell in Euro's?
No, but we have a Currency Convertor which will display all the prices in Euro's and it is only to be used as a guide only. At the end of the Checkout it will go back into Pound Sterling.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

I'm having trouble with my basket
The most common resolution for this problem is to delete the cookies on your PC and try again. I'm having trouble with making an account
When making a new account make sure that all the required information is filled in correctly. Once you have filled in all the required information in correctly and press 'Continue' it will show ticks next to all of the entries, if you see crosses next to a box the information is either wrong or needs to be changed.
If you do not have a post code please just enter 3 characters and it will accept the rest of your address.
I'm having trouble with placing an order
Once you have put all your information in on our website and pressed 'Processed to Protx' you have 15 minutes to enter your card details through protx. During this part of the order processing please do not either press the back button on the browser or the refresh button as it will cancel the payment process.
