Throughout my first pregnancy I umm'd and arr'd about buying one of these for £30(ish) i thought you may aswell just use a cushion or a normal pillow and then right at the end of the pregnancy I went to buy one elsewhere, they were sold out and then again didnt see the point with days left to go. When I fell pregnant again I bought one from the start (to be honest it was for the wedge more than the pillow) but what a great buy, it is my biggesst regret not buying one with my first, I use the 'rocket' pillow as a pillow at night and a cushion and so far (25 weeks) I have had brilliant comfy night sleeps, I also use it as a feeding support for older baby, I love it. When my friends have fallen pregnant since I have bought them the set with wedge as a present because they are so great!!! 2nd Jan, 2010
