Definitions
The "COMPANY" refers to Baby Days Direct
The "BUYER" refers to the purchaser of goods and services.
Summary
The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.
Payment
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the services, goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.
Prices
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision,we will contact you if this applies before processing your order. Any overseas orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates in place at the time of order processing.The company has no control or liability over these rates.
VAT
All the company's prices are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). This is charged at the current rate except on those goods that are zero rated or exempt from VAT charges (e.g. books).
Fitness for purpose
The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use.
Liability
The company's liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods.
